Small Smart Studio

Please note this studio is only for a single person not a couple. It is near ; Milton Park (just a 15-minute walk away), JET/Culham Science Park (just a 5-minute drive away), or the European School. It's also great for commuters to London, as Didcot Parkway Station is just a 5-minute drive away, and regular trains to London Paddington take only around 35 minutes.

The village has two local grocery shops and a post office, which can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot or less. Buses to Oxford, Milton Park, and Didcot Parkway are also available.

The studio is a self-contained open plan apartment located on the ground floor. It features a kitchenette with a hob, washing machine, fridge freezer, and storage cabinets, as well as space for a breakfast table. The small double bed can be converted into a sofa, which is convenient when you have a friend over. The studio has its own private access and receives plenty of sunshine as it has windows on both sides.

Off-street parking is available for free, and the rent includes all bills (water, electricity, gas, Council tax and internet). A one-month deposit is required in advance. Short-term lets may be considered.
