As the bathroom is shared with a female landlord, this living arrangement is for females only (ideally a professional - no couples or students, please). It would perfectly suit someone who values a quiet, tidy lifestyle and enjoys being close to nature and staying active.
To maintain the calm environment of the home, I’m ideally looking for:
- working professional who is clean, tidy, and respectful.
- someone who primarily works out of the office/on-site (not suitable for full-time working from home).
- someone who has lived with a dog before.
