Double room available in Thame close to town

Am looking to rent out a double room in my 3 bed house in Thame within walking distance to the town. Close to Oxford & the M40. Looking for a professional female only. I have a 20 month old daughter so you will need to be happy to share the house with a child. We have a beautiful 3 bed house, lovely big garden and the room has wifi and a TV, also recently decorated. Am newly seperated so looking for someone easy going to live with who also likes their own space but might fancy a glass of wine occasionally.
Having a child means it has to be the right person who is comfortable and relaxed with children. She's a good girl though and is in bed most nights at 6.30. We are early birds so usually up around 6am but respectful of others who are not up so early.
I work Mon-Weds and Sat mornings, quite busy out & about on the others days but usually around in the evenings.
I go to bed quite early in the week but also sometimes have friends over for dinner & drinks, so you will have a lot of time to yourself in the house.
I'm quite relaxed and happy for you to treat the house as your own
