Double room (for single occupancy) with fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers. The fully fitted kitchen, bathroom (with bath and powered shower) and furnished lounge are shared with one other male Ukrainian English speaking refugee.
The accommodation is on the first floor in a granny annex accessed through the main house. There is access to the rear garden where smoking is tolerated but a no smoking policy applies within the house.
Off road parking available.
We are looking for a longer term tenant which would suit a mature professional non-smoker. Sorry no pets. Unsecured tenancy with live in landlord (retired couple of quiet disposition), rent payable monthly in advance plus share of metered utilities.

Approx. 1 mile or 20 min walk from Thame town centre. The 280 bus route connects to Oxford and Aylesbury and also connects with Haddenham Parkway train station for London Marylebone and Birmingham New Street. Easy access to A40/M40.
