The bedroom has a sofa bed (that turns into a comfy small double bed), office desk, chest of drawers, double wardrobe, tv.

Must be a professional, clean and quiet person. No noise late in the evening as we have young children. Single occupancy only. No pets and no smoking, sorry.
Rent will be charged on the 1st of the month, for the current month.
