Dual aspect double bedroom with mostly own bathroom with a bath (my son uses it at night and first thing in the morning only half the week). This includes regular cleaner to keep the place looking nice.

The house is a very large detached four bedroom home with a lovely garden, two patio doors, two living rooms, one office and a kitchen diner.

Location

Overlook the beautiful countryside of Thame, easy walking distance into town. Easy commute to Oxford, Aylesbury and Wycombe. Train line locally at Haddenham and Thame Parkway.

Additional Info

You will live with the landlady, her eight year old who is about half the week, a very lovely other tenant too who has been there for five years and a very well behaved cat. It is vital that everyone in the house maintains the ‘happy house’ vibe so would want someone who is able to fit in well to this family home.

Only requiring a new tenant as previous tenant is moving rooms after five years.

Preferably looking for someone happy, sociable, fun, respectful, clean and tidy who is looking for a long term home.
