Room in a shared house

We are two 25 year old professionals looking for someone to take the third bedroom in our house. We like to go out and socialise, have BBQs and have people round for dinner etc, so are looking for a similar like minded person.

The room is currently furnished with a single bed, but could fit a double bed if preferred (although you would have to provide this and there would be little floor space).

The rest of the house consists of two further bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large open plan living area with conservatory, kitchen and small garden. We do also have a garage and driveway for parking.
