Smartly furnished double room

The room is in a modern four bedroomed detached house a 5 minute walk from Thame town centre.
The other rooms available are: a kitchen diner, a small conservatory, bathroom, downstairs cloakroom, and a lounge. I have a small back garden which has patio furniture and a washing line. The bathroom has a bath and shower which is shared with one other female. T

The bedroom is a double room with a double bed (bedding can be included if necessary). It has a triple wardrobe, desk, small bedside drawers and wooden towel rail.
You would be sharing with myself, another Mon-Fri lodger and my cat. My sons visit from time to time but they have their own ensuite bathroom.
