Lovely Double Bedroom With Ensuite

My family and I live in our house and we have a spare room which we would like to rent out to someone lovely. Who doesn't mind kids (who are very well behaved, well Ive been told this!) a whippet puppy who wants to curl up on the sofa or go on long walks. We love to be out and about, but also like to stay in, cook a yummy meal, a glass of red wine and chat or watch telly.
The room we would like to rent out is a good sized double with a super king bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers in it already. this room has its own shower ensuite.
We have a good sized utility room for you to do all your laundry and some cupboards you can put away all your food etc.
The garden is a good size and lovely when the weather is nice, when you can sit out in the sunshine.
We are quite socialable people and enjoy the occasional bbq with friends, which you would be more than welcome to join us and maybe bring a few friends too.
