Large En-Suite Double Bedroom in modern house

I have a large en-suite double room available to rent in Thame - the room is on its own floor at the top of the house, and is part of a modern house in a beautiful residential area, within 5 mins walking distance of Thame town centre; and 7 mins drive to Haddenham & Thame parkway Station with direct journeys into central London.

The room has just been painted, and the bed / mattress are newly-bought.

The house itself has a large living area, modern fitted kitchen and lovely small garden.

Sharing with a very hard-working (!) male teacher, who is neat/tidy; who owns, and lives in, the property. I like to keep the place tidy (within reason!) and enjoy my food and drink!

Looking for someone ideally Monday to Friday, or who has a busy social life at the weekends that takes them out of town occasionally, so that I can have the house to myself at least some of the time.
