Double room with en-suite close to High St

A large double room in a lovely large 3-bed house with garage, garden and conservatory. The house is on a quiet street and is only a couple of minutes walk from the High street and the Phoenix Trail. We also have fast wifi.

I am a tidy professional looking to share with one other. I have two small children who stay with me one day/night during the weekends.

I'm looking for a professional, mature, friendly, reasonably tidy housemate who doesn't mind children and a bit of noise when they are around.

In return, you'll be sharing with a friendly, out-going usually busy professional male. You'll have the master bedroom with en suite. The room is unfurnished but the rest of the house is fully furnished. Bills are not included.

The landlord is using an Estate Agent to manage the property. The Estate Agent will carry out the normal reference checks etc.
