Available full time (or part-time at a rent of £450 Monday to Friday).

THE KITCHEN/SITTING ROOM: Recent new kitchen with seating area, TV and broadband. Own fridge.

UTILITY: Washing machine and clothes horses for drying.

We maintain a high standard of decor and cleanliness. A cleaner visits weekly to clean the communal areas. However, we do ask that you leave the communal areas clean and tidy ready for other sharers to use.

THE BEDROOM is spacious, furnished with a double bed etc a semi walk in wardrobe containing hanging rails and shelves..

THE ENSUITE IS LARGE and luxurious with roll top bath, separate walk in shower cubicle with aqualisa power shower, full size wash basin and loo.
The room and ensuite over look idylic countryside stretching to distant hills with sheep and ponies grazing close by.

THERE IS A PATIO AREA and separate garden for tenants' summer lounging.

OWN PARKING SPACE on the gravel drive with security lighting.

Share annexe with other nice, friendly, (yet independent) tenants.

Oxford city centre (10 miles)
Oxford tube coach to London every 15 minutes: (5 miles)

280 bus stop buses to Oxford, Thame and Haddenham Parkway and Aylesbury every 30 minutes (1/4 mile)
Haddenham and Thame Parkway 40 to 50 minutes to Marylebone on the train (6 miles)

IDEAL PROFILE FOR THE ROOM ;(the person we are looking for):
Friendly, tidy, independent professional female between 22 and 30 years old.
Female strongly preferred.
Single occupancy.
For the smooth running of the household we need someone with a full time permanent job working (9 to 5) Monday to Friday, at their place of work, regularly throughout the year.

Sorry not suitable for working from home, shift work, students or similar with extended holidays.
(Coronavirus virus restrictions excepted during a nationwide lockdown).
