The view from the window overlooks ponies, grazing peacefully, and far reaching views over rolling countryside.
THE ENSUITE is modern comprising a basin, shower and toilet.
*There is a patio area and separate secluded garden for lodgers’ summer lounging while enjoying the countryside views. A gardener upkeeps the patio flowers, shrubs and lawn.
*Each person has their OWN PARKING SPACE on the gravel drive which has security lighting.
*Share with other nice, friendly, (yet independent) people.
*Smart, well supported, friendly local pub.
*Rent includes household bills.

*THIS IS A LITTLE HAVEN OF RURAL ENGLAND YET EXCELLENT ACCESS TO THE WIDER WORLD:
+Oxford city centre: 10 miles.
+5 minutes walk from the house is the
X20 or 280 bus every 20 minutes to Oxford takes 20 minutes or 40 minutes respectively.
X20 or 280 bus every 20 minutes to Haddenham and Thame Parkway train station takes 15 minutes and to Aylesbury takes ~ 25 minutes.
+Oxford tube (coach to London every 15 minutes) from Thorne Hill or Stokenchurch turn: both 4 miles away.
+Haddenham and Thame Parkway
(50 minutes to London on the train): 5 miles.
+M40: 2 miles
+Thame (market town with shops and pubs): 4 miles.

Friendly, tidy, independent professional between 21 and 27 years old.
Female strongly preferred by this all female household.
Single occupancy.

*THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT:
The successful lodger must have a full time pemanent job working 9 to 5, Monday to Friday, throughout the year at their place of work.
Sorry, working from home, shift work or ‘time in lieu’ cannot be accommodated. This is reflected in the rent.
