Annexe is shared with other tenants (but not shared with the landlord). It has its own modern kitchen/sitting room and wifi shared with other tenants.

We maintain a high standard of cleanliness. Communal areas are cleaned once a week although we do ask that you leave the communal areas clean and tidy ready for everyone to use.
THE BEDROOM has a double bed, a table/desk and IKEA fitted mirror wardrobe. The view from the window overlooks ponies grazing peacefully and far reaching views over rolling countryside.
THE ENSUITE is modern comprising a blue glass basin, shower and loo.

There is a patio area and separate secluded garden for tenants' summer lounging while enjoying the countryside views.
OWN PARKING SPACE on the gravel drive with security lighting.
Share annexe with other nice, friendly, (yet independent) tenants.
Smart local pub.
THIS IS A LITTLE HAVEN OF RURAL ENGLAND YET EXCELLENT ACCESS TO THE WIDER WORLD.
Oxford city centre: 10 miles.
Oxford tube (coach to London every 15 minutes): 5 miles.
Haddenham and Thame Parkway
(50 minutes to London on the train): 5 miles.
M40: 2 miles
Thame (market town with shops and pubs): 4 miles.
280 bus stop (buses to Oxford/Aylesbury every 15 minutes): 5 minutes walk.
Heathrow airport: 40 minutes drive.

IDEAL PROFILE FOR THE ROOM:
(the person we are looking for)
Friendly, tidy, independent professional between 21 and 26 years old.
Female preferred. (We will, in the first instance, try to find a young lady for the existing all female household.)
Single occupancy.

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT:
Must have full time pemanent job working eg 9 to 5, Monday to Friday, throughout the year.
Sorry I don’t accommodate working from home, shift work, time in lieu or students.
