The room overlooks the garden with trees and fields beyond.
There is a patio area and separate secluded garden for summer lounging while overlooking sheep, ponies and far reaching views.
OWN PARKING SPACE on gravel drive with security lighting.
Share with other nice, friendly, (yet independent) tenants.
Smart local pub.
THIS IS A LITTLE HAVEN OF RURAL ENGLAND YET EXCELLENT ACCESS TO THE WIDER WORLD.
Oxford city centre 10 miles.
Oxford Tube (coach to London every 15 minutes): 5 miles.
M40: 2 miles.
Thame: 4 miles.
280 bus stop,(buses to Oxford every 30 minutes): 5 minute walk.
Haddenham and Thame Parkway (40 minutes to London on the train): 5 miles.
Heathrow airport: 40 minutes drive.

IDEAL PROFILE FOR THE ROOM:
(the person we are looking for)

Friendly, tidy, independent professional between 21 and 29 years old.
Female preferred. (We will, in the first instance, try to find a young lady to join the all female house.)
Single occupancy.
Must have full time permanent job working e. g. 9 to 5 Monday to Friday throughout the year.
Sorry not suitable for working from home, shift work, flexible time, students or workers who have long holiday periods.
You would be sharing with 2 other very nice yet independent young ladies, occasionally you might see Sylvia (landlady) who is very friendly.
