There is a patio area and separate secluded garden for summer lounging while overlooking sheep, ponies and far reaching views.

280 and X20 bus stop,(buses to Oxford every 20 minutes): 5 minute walk from house.

IDEAL PROFILE FOR THE ROOM:
(the person we are looking for)

Friendly, tidy, independent professional between 21 and 28 years old.
Female preferred. (We will, in the first instance, try to find a young lady to join the all female house.)

Single occupancy.
This is specifically for someone with a full time permanent job working e. g. 9 to 5 Monday to Friday throughout the year at their place of work.
The ideal person would not require working from home or do shift work, flexible time, or be a student or worker who has long holiday periods.

You would be sharing with 3 other very nice yet independent young ladies, occasionally you might see Sylvia (landlady) who is very friendly.
