This annexe can be separated off from the rest of the house and has a bedroom, shower room and utility room with a good sized fridge and a microwave.
I have 2 teenage boys and 2 cats - the cats come through the utility room and then via a cat flap into the house. They are exceptionally friendly cats! and occasionally leave 'gifts'. I also have a puppy who stays in our part of the house.
It is a beautiful, quiet room with lovely views.
It comes inclusive of all bills. Council tax band F.
