"I just wanted to say a massive thank you to all of you for being such great flatmates - its been a really lovely stay," says P, who moved on last month.

This lovely shared house has a spacious kitchen-cum-living-space and large nature-friendly garden; two bathrooms, a separate wc, a laundry-room, a bike shed, and parking for 2 cars (both spots currently taken).

Your peaceful, private, double bedroom looks onto the garden, beyond which is the Bullcroft Park. You are in-town and yet feel as though you are in the country.

The house is a few minutes walk from the centre of Wallingford; a vibrant town with cafes, bars, restaurants, cinema, theatre, music festivals; and excellent, frequent, buses to Oxford and Reading.

All bills, including council tax, are included in the rent.

P continues:

"Y, I especially wanted to thank you for everything you’ve done. Between the shared meals and the way you’ve built such great relationships here, you’re the reason this place feels like a proper home and not just a temporary shared house.

"I also really appreciated you stepping up with the cleaning; you often took it on yourself to keep the place sparkling, which kept the house healthy and happy for all of us. You’re a legend!
