1 Bright Double in Central Wallingford Home.

Hi there, I have a large and bright double room available in my home for a lodger in the centre of Wallingford overlooking the high street. The room comes with a double bed, mattress, side table and lots of space. The house is across multiple floors with lots of wooden beams, brick work and modern finishes. There is a shared bathroom and large shared living room as well as a downstairs cellar and a spare room currently used as a studio. There is also limited access to a roof terrace.

The house is in a great location, shops, pubs, restaurants, river walks, you name it, all on your doorstep. I have lovely neighbours and the house is safely tucked away just off of the high street. There’s no parking to this property but street parking is available nearby and you are able to apply for a permit to the local car parks; there's also great public transport links with X39/X40 bus.

I’ve recently moved back to the area and I often split my time between London and here. I work remotely from home at the weekends until late, therefore, I'm not looking for anyone who wants to party the weekend away and would be looking for someone whose lifestyle complimented this. Ideally, I’d find someone who is friendly but independent, clean, tidy and looking to have a nice base that they will treat like a home. Please include a little bit about yourself when messaging! Bills would be on top of the monthly price and would be an equal split between the two of us, including: Gas, Water, Electricity, Internet/SkyTV and Council Tax.

I’d be open to accommodating a Mon-Fri lodger and I am preferably looking for a professional in their mid-late twenties or thirties. Flexible on move in date. No couples. Thanks!
