Double rooms in beautiful shared Wallingford house

We have two double-rooms coming free in a friendly, clean, house in Wallingford. The house is in a quiet close. There is a beautiful silver birch tree outside the bedroom window of this room. The back of the house gives on to the Bullcroft Park. A short walk across the park takes you to central Wallingford.

The spacious cottage-style kitchen opens out onto the large garden and wildlife pond, which is regularly visited by birds, amphibians and more. Flatmates socialise in these spaces, and have the privacy of their own rooms. There are two bathrooms, a separate wc, and a dedicated laundry room. There is a bike shed, and a driveway with 2 car-parking spots (both currently taken).

Milo is a small, friendly, well-behaved dog who lives in a groundfloor room with his owner.

All bills, including council tax, are included in the rent.

Wallingford is a lovely mediaeval town with interesting history, and the River Thames flowing by it. It is a vibrant hub of cafes, bars and restaurants, cinema, theatre, festivals, and excellent transport links. There are frequent buses to Oxford and Reading. It is only 23 min by train to London from Reading.
