Including stylish coverless duvets freshly laundered in preparation of your stay, and multi speed retractable blade ceiling fan thats super quiet, with timer and perfect for those warm summer nights.

The room is accessed through our hallway and up two flights of stairs.

This is NOT A BED AND BREAKFAST room however there is a small fridge in the room for drinks & snacks, there are no cooking or re-heating facilities.

Driveway parking is available with prior agreement.

Please note there is no access to the kitchen or other areas of our home.

Pets are not allowed.

This is a NO SMOKING & NO VAPING property and we would request that this rule is respected both inside and outside the accommodation.
