Double room in 4 bed house, beautiful location

We have a four bed house in a beautiful and peaceful location 5 minutes drive outside Wallingford and are looking to find a Monday - Friday like minded, professional person to share.
Although we do have a downstairs cloakroom, there is just the one bathroom but have successfully shared this before so it shouldn't be a problem.
Wallingford is close by and has many amenities including gym, sports fields, cinema and several pubs and restaurants. There is a Waitrose supermarket together with many independent retailers.
We are very close to the River Thames and are located on The Ridgeway so there is also lots of great cycling, walking etc. available. We are a relaxed couple and easy to get along with and are looking for similar.
