Double room

A double room to rent (furnished) for a single person. To share the house with the owner, ideally on a Monday to Friday let. Will consider part week, but not weekends. To include all bills, (except phonecalls) as well as wifi/broadband. (Due to the Council Tax policy here, unless you can prove you are paying Council Tax elsewhere, the rent will increase to cover the loss of the 25% discount - £455 at the Monday to Friday rate).

House is made up of two further bedrooms, a living/dining room, downstairs toilet and kitchen and piano available for use.

Other features include a garden, garage (for storage!), parking nearby (on quiet street/cul de sac) and bathroom.

Wallingford is 12 miles from Oxford and 12 mile from Reading, on the X39/X40 bus route which is about a 3-4 minute walk from the house.

The house is in the "old quarter" of Wallingford, minutes from the Thames Path and the river Thames. The shops are about 4-5 minutes walk away.

Cholsey train station is about 3 miles away.

I'm looking for someone that needs a place to call home Monday to Friday. I'm out and about a bit, and have (in my opinion!) a fairly balanced approach to cleaning/tidying.
