There is a good sized bathroom (which has a power shower over bath and shaver point), and a fully equipped kitchen including fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave etc.
Allocated parking space is available directly outside the apartment, as well as a large visitors car park.
The property is located approx 10 minute walk from the town square, and a 10 minute drive to Didcot Parkway train station, providing good train links to London. Excellent bus routes to Oxford, Didcot, and Reading.
Although I have advertised as a live-in landlord, I won't be at the property all the time due to work.
