Double room to rent out Mon-Fri in a 4 bedroom family home.

Furnished with a double bed and wardrobe. The room has C/H and double glazed windows with shutters.

All rooms have locks.

The house has a family bathroom upstairs, and a downstairs shower room.

Tenant can have access to the fully equipped kitchen/cooker and all kitchenware, and the dining area within the living room, but will be responsible for keeping the accommodation clean & tidy.

Wi-Fi is available within the house.

Professionals desirable.

Double room is £450 pcm for 1 person or £700 for 2 people

Currently I have one tenant in a single room who works 4 nights a week so is only in the house sleeping during the day for 4/5 days a week and another full time make tenant who also works 6 nights a week.

There is a 4th bedroom in the house which may be used for family members occasionally.

House is within walking distance to the town centre and it is near to bus routes for Abingdon/Oxford/Milton Park and Didcot. There is parking available on the road.
