A very large 1 bed flat to rent in the centre of Wantage in an old building. The property is attached to the landlord/landladies house and has it's own entrance.

On entering the property you have a good size hallway with coat hooks and an area for a freezer and some storage (the freezer can be left if needed) to your right as you go in there is also a small office with built in desk and 2 shelves. The bedroom is just past this with a double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, one bedside cabinet and 2 chest of drawers with an ensuite bathroom with rain shower over bath. There is also a large cupboard with a sink (not currently used) with wooden shelves.

The kitchen/dining/living room is to your left as you come in and has a gas hob and electric oven. There is some cooking utensils, a microwave and some plates should you need them. There is also a sofa bed, a table and 4 chairs and 2 small tables.

Both rooms have non working feature fireplaces. The flat has gas central heating (this is paid for on a card meter) and a combi boiler. Parking is on the road and can get quite busy. You are also on a direct bus route to Oxford.
