We have a self contained annexe available for rent from mid February onwards. The flat has its own separate entrance, large living room, double bedroom, kitchen, toilet and walk in shower. The property is fully furnished but we can remove furniture if required.

There is parking for one vehicle on our private driveway and use of the gardens is permitted. If you need storage for a bike/motorbike then there is room in the garage.

We are close to various bus stops servicing Oxford, Didcot and Harwell Campus and just under a mile to Wantage Town Centre.

The property includes all bills excluding electricity.
