Double room in new flat

A large, bright double bedroom to rent in a new ground floor flat in Wantage on the Kingsgrove Estate (completed Sept 2023)

I’m a live-in landlord with my fiancé. We are quiet working professionals who will respect your privacy and have healthy boundaries. We like to watch movies, play games, and are pretty chilled out.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, good blackout curtains, chest of drawers, and two wardrobes leaving plenty of room for a desk or additional storage should you wish to bring bits with you.

There is a shared open plan living space and kitchen with a small patio and grass beyond that. The kitchen is fully equipped and we have extra pots/pans and plates to provide you with.

There is also a large bathroom with a bath and shower. Although this is technically a shared bathroom as any visitors use it, we have our own separate bathroom that we use on a day-to-day basis.
Alongside all shared areas, I do a weekly clean of the main bathroom and keep it stocked with hand soap and tissue.

Parking is available but on a first come, first served basis but there are multiple spaces available - we’ve never had someone not be able to park before!

All bills included - no hidden extras except for the deposit.
The council tax is band C and already included in the price.
WiFi is super fast and reliable through the flat.
I work from home a lot so I’m happy to take in parcels etc. and it means it’s usually nice and warm here!

Close to Milton Park, Williams F1, Harwell and Grove Tech Park. Within commuting distance of Oxford and surrounding areas.
