It would be ideal for a professional who does not need cooking as kitchen is not shared. The rent advertised is on a 5 days per week basis (not necessarily Mon-Fry). Fewer days per week can be considered and the rent can be reduced accordingly.
A kettle is provided and a microwave can be considered for warming up meals.
A parking space is available on the driveway.
