Room with small double bed

I have a room with a small double bed available to rent from monday to friday.
The room has a bed with storage underneath, a built in wardrobe, bedside drawers, tv and lamp.
It's a four bedroom house with a bathroom and 2 toilets, a large kitchen diner, a front room and another room with a sofa and tv, Both rooms have full sky tv and internet. We have 2 fridges and 2 freezers, washing machine, dishwasher and tumbledrier.
There is plenty of room for parking on the drive and a large back garden with patio and grass area.
There is currently myself and 2 others living here, my 23 year old daughter and a lodger a 24 year old male. Although there is 3 people living here it's a quiet household on a quiet street.
I work nights so I'm not about much in the week, the other 2 both work and spend most of their spare time in their rooms.
The property is about a 10 minute walk from the town centre and a few minutes from the nearest bus stop.
