Annex room with Kitchen, en-suite and Bills

Situated in the heart of Wantage, this annex comprises and of a large bedroom containing a king size bed with a kitchen and en-suite leading off it. The room is on the ground floor, complete with underfloor and central heating and looks over a large mature garden. While the entrance is shared, the room will have its total privacy and backs straight onto the garden which is shared with the landlord. The internet is 1GB/s and incredibly fast and reliable.

I am looking for someone that enjoys privacy but isn’t afraid to socialise, I consider myself a friendly person and would be up for getting a drink on occasion. Pets may be welcome, but will have to be house trained and comfortable living in the room with you. I am constantly doing work to the property to make it a better place to live, with the garden soon to be done on the list to make it a lovely space to relax in the summer!

The main market square is only a 2 minute walk where there is access to all the busses going through Wantage and there is parking in the street opposite.
