Spacious double in friendly home

Hi guys
I’m renting out a nice big double bedroom in my house. It’s already furnished with a double bed with unused orthopaedic mattress, wardrobe and shelving. You’re also welcome to utilise the other spare room for storage or whatever.
The house is an old police cottage, located only a 5 minute walk from Wantage marketplace and its bus links, shops etc.
You’d be sharing with me, Andy, a comedy writer who works from home, and my beloved spaniel, Lara, a retired Hearing Dog.
We only have one bathroom but the house is pretty big, there’s plenty of parking, a lovely garden, a well stocked kitchen with tons of fridge and cupboard space, fast WiFi, and Lara is the friendliest dog in the world!
You can be as sociable or not so as you like; come and go as you please and generally make the place your home; I’m super easygoing; All I care about is that you like Lara and she likes you.
