Clean Bedroom with Double Bed and memory foam Matress, available now, the house is in a very safe quiet area, with parking space nearby and only a 7 minute walk into Town. The House has a small back Garden, a power Shower and Whirlpool bath, I also have fast broadband and you will have your own storage areas in the Bathroom and Kitchen, the Bedroom has 2 wardrobes, plenty of drawers, bedside Drawers and foldable Table, Fan and Heater in addition to central heating. I often work nights so not around in the evening. I am 40 and live with my Fiancé who is 34, both down to Earth and quite tidy. I dont mind Smokers but not in the House please.
