The house is located at center of Wantage, Oxfordshire. Good bus services are available for commuting to Oxford or Didcot Parkway. House is very near to Sainsbury's, Argos, Restaurants, Gym and other shops.

The room size is suitable for a single person to live independently. Apart from that the room comes with well equipped shared kitchen ( fridge, freezer, electrical cooking, microwave and washing machine), bathroom and living room (not furnished). The house doesn't have car parking space.

You should be clean, non smoker and respectful. No Pets and No Couples.
