Spacious double room available in Wantage

I am a 37 year old Professional Scientist, and have been living and working in Oxfordshire for 11 years now, I'm extremely easy going and fun loving, into music, cooking, woodwork, reading and socialising.

I am looking for someone to rent out the spare room in my semi detached house in Wantage. The house has been modernized over the years and is extremely comfortable.

There is also a spare bedroom, which is useful when family and friends visit. The house backs onto a field and benefits from a fantastic good sized garden with Patio – so is excellent in summer. The house has a washing machine, microwave and a shared shower/bathroom and broadband internet (wireless).

The house is double glazed all round and very warm in winter. The house is located on Upthorpe Drive in a quiet residential area. It is situated about 10 minutes’ walk from Wantage town centre.

The room itself is suitably spacious and has a really nice view overlooking the Garden and field at the back. It is furnished with a king size double bed, cupboards/drawers etc.
The rent would be £575 pcm, this would include all bills and wireless internet. The room is available now.

The sort of person i am looking for is ideally, someone like me - a professional (or Postgraduate student) who's easy going and a laugh to live with. I would like someone who's tidy and respectful to the house and my neighbours.

I would also like someone who intends to stay a decent amount of time (ie more than four months). No pets i'm afraid.
