I have a lovely crafty tranquil room. It fits a small double or sofa bed.

I have created a beautiful outdoor space with a stone built Pizza oven a cold plunge and lovely patio seating area. There is parking for one car on the estate.

Price includes a bi-weekly room clean.
2 x towels included.

The room would be perfect for a solo professional that likes animals as we have three cats.

This room has a reading lamp and a desk to use. Shared family bathroom, lounge, kitchen and garden. Also parking for 1 car.

If you don't have a bed. I may be able to arrange this. Just depends as some people have already a bed and prefer a sofa bed or single or double. So I can arrange this with notice.

Feel free to cuddle the cats and sit in the hanging chair and relax in the garden.

The house is equipped with fast broadband, and amazon firestick, netflix etc.

There is a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

The house is located in a modern and nice residential area with a green outside. 2 mins to the sports centre, local park, 2 mins walking distance to town, Sainsburys, Waitrose, Argos etc and town center: pubs, cafes, shops etc.

The town is well linked to Grove (Williams F1), Oxford, Abingdon, Milton Park, Harwell (Diamond light source) and Didcot with direct buses.

The ideal lodger would be professional non smoking/non drinker, friendly, clean, tidy and respectful of our home, neighbours and garden.
