Middle terrace Victorian cottage that has been well maintained with a garden office/ summerhouse, living room with a log burning stove and wooden floors, WC under the stairs, kitchen/diner with dishwasher and large fridge/freeze, utility room at the rear with washer/dryer that leads to the garden.

The bedroom is a single room, with a desk and has with built in wardrobes. The bathroom has a shower over the bath and faces the rear. The rear garden is a great feature of the property, south facing and measuring 80ft deep planted with a variety of flowers, shrubs and fruit trees. Shared with owner and communal kitchen and lounge, who will be away some evenings in the week. There is a pet cat (Elsa).

Public transport servicing the village (No. 46 bus on door, or short walk to 400/280 for good service to Oxford and especially Headington/ Hospital).
