Attic room (double) in newly renovated house

Wheatley is a lovely village ideally situated for commuting into Oxford or for accessing the M40. There are buses into the centre of Oxford which depart every 10-15 mins. We live in a four bedroom house and are looking to rent out the attic room when our current lodger moves out in the summer. Price includes utility bills, wireless broadband, and council tax.

The whole house has been recently renovated to a very high standard including the bathrooms, kitchen, and attic conversion.

We are a young easygoing married couple with an 18 month old son. It has been a great experience having a lodger for these past 12 months and life just wouldn't be the same without someone living with us! I am originally from Canada and my husband is British.
