I am advertising a spacious double room in Wheatley, a lovely village with pubs, a gym and shops. The room would suit a young professional, particularly one working at one of the hospitals as it is a very straightforward commute (25 minutes by bus or 15 minutes by car). There is a bus stop just a minute's walk from the front door and the closest pub is less than 5 minutes away.

The house itself is shared with just one other person. There is a gravelled garden to the rear of the property with seats to enjoy the summer evenings and driveway parking as well as space for the occasional guest if needed. A recently-refurbished bathroom is on the first floor but there is also a toilet downstairs. Shared spaces include a kitchen that looks out onto the garden and a generously sized living room with two comfortable sofas and a dining table.
