A large attractive double room on the ground floor. There is a bathroom next to the room which is rarely used by the home owners. The room is comfortably furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, TV, small fridge and a table for working at. There is internet access. The tenant is welcome to use the kitchen, but we would prefer to have a vegetarian if possible. The home owners live in the rest of the house and there is a beautiful garden which the tenant can use. We are near all the local amenities and there are excellent bus links to Oxford and to Brookes. We also have off street parking.
