10 minutes walk into Witney centre the house is located on the burford road next to the Windrush inn.
The room is currently unfurnished, but would be happy to furnish if required. There is a bathroom next to the room with powerful shower and bath which would be solely yours to use.
Plenty of parking on the drive and road with use of a garage for storage should you require it.
Myself: 32yo professional, happy to have the odd drink and socialise, I would put down I enjoy the gym but I don’t I prefer to eat and watch tv.
