A double bedroom is available in a three bedroom semi-detached house, located in a peaceful area of Witney (Cogges).

I am looking for a new housemate to move in from the beginning of July 2022.

A super 3 bedroom house on the Cogges development in Witney. The modern Kitchen is separate from the large living room which overlooks the enclosed rear garden. This development is on the outskirts of Witney with good access to Hanborough train station and is close to a few local shops, as well as a 10 minute walk into the heart of Witney.

The house is semi-furnished (you will just need furniture for your bedroom).

I am looking for a friendly, clean and respectful housemate to join me in renting this house from my renewal at the beginning of July. Bills are not included and will be split equally, including 200mb fibre broadband.

Rent is non-negotiable (split in half) and I ask that only serious enquiries are sent.

The property is rented via the letting agency, Finders Keepers, who will hold the security deposit and draw up an official contract to rent the property.
