Large comfortable double room available from the end of August. The room is next door to the shared bathroom.
The room has a double wardrobe, single cupboard, large set of draws, comfortable double bed and bedside table. We can also provide a TV if required.
Cleaner once a week for communal spaces.
Fast internet and all utility bills included.
We have a clean and modern 3 storey new build house in a quiet cul-de-sac.
We are on the main bus route to Oxford and about a 20 minute walk from Witney town centre.
I have had student lodgers on placements for the past 2 years so I am particularly open to applications from another student.
There is no parking space at the property.
