Hi, am looking for 2 x single people for 2 single rooms. They're coming available around the 30th April.

See Bed 2 picture. It is a good size with a single bed and wardrobe. There is space to have a desk although it doesn't have a desk at present. Rent 630pcm inclusive of bills.

The other room is also a single room with a wardrobe and chest of drawers but doesn't have a bed at present. I am happy to get a single bed though or if you have a bed let me know. There would also be space in the room for a desk but this would be extra.

House was built in 2019. Good condition.
Modern Kitchen.
Free street parking.
Shops close by.
2 bathrooms in the house.
1 upstairs bath with shower inside it, toilet and basin.
Then downstairs bathroom just has a shower, toilet and basin.
Council Tax Band C
Am looking for people who appreciate a clean house and are happy to clean it regularly or pay for a cleaner. Cleaner would be extra cost to be split by the housemates.

Ideally I would like someone that can look after mowing the lawn aswell. It's not too big and takes between 30 and 45 mins.
I am a responsible landlord. I care about the house and my tenants. I do maintenance visits, and keep things in order and as a consequence people generally stay longer. On the flip side though I expect tenants to do their bit so please keep that in mind.
