This house has 4 nice rooms, 3 doubles with ensuites plus 1 single room and a 4 piece family bathroom. 1 person per room only. Yes there are 4 bathrooms in this house!
The single room is furnished and includes a single bed, triple wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. I am open to providing desks if needed for a small extra charge. Price is inclusive of all bills (except cleaner). So as all the the other rooms have their own ensuite you would be the only one using the family bathroom day to day although please note it isn't sole use.... if a guest came over they would use the family bathroom downstairs aswell if needed.
There is a large Shared Lounge space, dining area and kitchen.
Broadband with 1 GB fast wifi.
Off street parking for 2/3 cars and Free on street parking.
Burwell estate is fairly quiet.
Am looking for 1 professional ideally. Although students especially mature students would be considered.
S1 Bus runs down the street. Bus stop a few doors down. Goes to Witney town centre and on to Oxford.
Back yard that will have grass.... with solid new fencing. (Fencing done, will have fake grass or real grass installed shortly)
The ideal person would be someone that is sociable, clean, respectful and considerate.
Cleaning - housemates take turns to do the cleaning and it's kept very clean now. So I'd like to find someone that knows how to clean well or is happy to pay a cleaner when it's their turn. Either way the house will need to be regularly cleaned. This is something I am hot on so please don't apply if it's not important to you.
People generally stay longer than average in my shared houses due to:
Houses are comfortable with things being well maintained,
Landlord is a decent person, that sorts things out quickly.
Housemates are nice, genuine people. All are friendly and considerate. I do carry out proper vetting of prospective tenants for both my tenants and my piece of mind so will be looking for someone that I think would get on well with the existing 3 housemates.
Come have a look you won't be disappointed. This is a home not just another shared house.

Having lived at the property for almost 4 years I can say that it has been a very good experience. The property itself was ideal, offering space and convenience. It was well maintained and looked after by the landlord and on the rare occasion an issue occurred Gerrad was quick to resolve it by either repairing or replacing items. Rent was reasonable and easy to manage and the deposit was easy to set up and secure as part of the tenancy deposit scheme. I would happily recommend the property and the landlord to potential tenants.
