I've decided to rent out my spare room on Deer Park, Witney. It's a small 2 bed house but I'm happy to share with the right person.
I'm a clean and tidy individual and appreciate the same in return.

- Sunny South West facing garden with sun all day.
- Pool table and darts board
- On street parking.
- Bedroom furniture can be discussed depending on requirements.

I'm not looking for couples, students or home workers. Some hybrid maybe considered. I have a full time job and work shifts 6 days on 4 off..

The lodger needs to be the right fit so please don't be offended if I decline any approach or am intrusive to find out a bit about you. I have fairly good instinct and It's a benefit to you if your initial message tells me a bit about you and your line of work.
