Small double in quiet modern home, Witney

Room available on Deer Park, Witney. It's a small 2 bed house but I'm happy to share with the right person.
I'm a clean and tidy individual and appreciate the same in return.

- Small double bed with TV in room.
- Additional seperate small TV room/reading room for lodger.
- Both above rooms have EE TV with all Now TV and sky channels Inc sports package, cinema package, sky Atlantic, Witness etc.
- EE full fibre broadband at 300 mbps
- Sunny South West facing garden with sun all day.
- On street parking.
- Bedroom furniture can be discussed depending on requirements.

I'm not looking for couples, students or home workers. Some hybrid maybe considered. I have a full time job and work shifts 6 days on 4 off.

The lodger needs to be the right fit so please don't be offended if I decline any approach or am intrusive to find out a bit about you. I have fairly good instinct and It's a benefit to you if your initial message tells me a bit about you and your line of work. Must not have any criminal convictions or debts.
