Double room available furnished or unfurnished with private access to the main bathroom in a three bed detached house on Windrush Place development on the outskirts of Witney.

Mon-Friday let is preferred however will consider adding in weekends for the right person and relevant cost increase to reflect this.

Cost is inclusive of all bills incl. broadband.

Parking is available with access to additional storage in the garage if you require it depending on amount of items etc.

Garden and all modern amenities such as washing machine, tumble dryer, dish washer, fridge freezer etc. The house is kept clean and tidy.

Open to length of tenancy.

I own the property and live here with my 3 year old dog, Alfie. A very well behaved Rough Collie. His safety is key so someone who likes or is used to dogs is preferred. I work hybrid so am office based and home based. Being keen on the gym and walking means I am out a fair numbers of evenings.
