Double room in a Homey Flat

Looking to rent out the second bedroom in my flat.
Hoping to find someone that I can get on with well and have a nice relaxed living environment with.

FLAT DETAILS
-Double bedroom
-Furniture in room includes bed, chest of draws and open wardrobe unit
-Shared kitchen living area
-Shared bathroom

Bills will be included and cover electric (no gas in this flat), water, broadband, council tax. Also thinking about getting a cleaner every couple of weeks if someone moves in so this will also be included

No work from home please, unless an occasional thing.

I am slowly making adjustments in the flat also, e. g. new appliances and radiators, so things are getting updated over time.

There are visitor spaces in the parking area or road parking available.

BIT ABOUT ME
I am a 30y. o professionals, working at the John Radcliffe Hospital as a mental health midwife.
Try to use my spare time to get out with friends and family, although do have some days in the flat when its been a long week and need to just relax.
Love a laugh or a good chat.
I do a lot of dog sitting, so person moving in needs to be ok with animals sometimes being present.
Always up for random adventures or trying things I've never done before so if you ever need someone to join you let me know!

Would like people interested to come and look at the flat in person, if possible, to also see if we get on!
