I have two Double bedrooms both Furnished.

Bedroom 1 is a larger of the two rooms it has a Kingsized bed with a built in single wardrobe, large drawers and two bed side cabinets. This room has carpet and a black out blind.
TAKEN Bedroom 2 is the smaller double with a double bed, built in cupboard, chest of drawers and two bedside tables with original floorboards. and a black out blind.
Shared spaces -
the house is a 3 bed terraced house which is in the town centre with bus stop into Oxford is a 3 min walk. The street is surprisingly quiet for the location.
Kitchen has an electric cooker, washing machine, fridge freezer and air fryer. There's a tumble drier in the hallway.
Dinning room off the kitchen which has a desk for working from home and a treadmill and a small dinning table.
Living room with smart TV.
Bathroom is upstairs with bath and electric shower over the bath the toilet is also upstairs and is seprate from the bath.
Large back garden with side access from the front which is enclosed with a 6ft fence and brick shed to sort bikes.
There is drive way with one parking space but looking to increase this to make a second space and lots of free on street parking outside the house.

I'm a live in landlady, I am tidy and kept the house clean and organised. I am also happy to be social but also respect peoples personal space. I do have cats that live here to they are friendly but have been kept out of the rooms.
