We have one double room to rent in our home. It includes all bills and has fast fibre Internet connection.

The room has a double bed, chest of drawers and space for clothes. We're happy to swap the chest of drawers for a desk if preferred. You will also have predominantly private use of the main bathroom as the grown up children live away. We do have a very friendly Labrador dog.

We're located just 1 mile from Wtney town centre and 5mins walk from the bus stop that takes you to and from Oxford city centre.

Includes shared use of kitchen, living room/conservatory and rear garden.
