Nice Single room available in Witney

I have a nice single room available to rent in my quiet 3 bed house. The room is clean, newly decorated and tidy. The house itself is needing some upgrading and repair but this is being worked upon. I have 3 dogs one of which is a very lively collie, so someone who loves dogs and is dog savvy and able to cope with a bouncy young dog is essential. There is a large rear garden and off road parking is available by arrangement. All bills and broadband are included. The house is conveniently located within a 15 minute walk of the town centre and 10 minutes walk from buses into Oxford. There is a local garage, convenience store, fish and chip shop and launderette within 5/10 minutes walk. I am a laid back person and there are only a couple of house rules, mostly involving keeping the dogs safe and also the communal areas tidy. I do have two daughters who are currently at university, but you need to be aware that they do obviously come home from time to time and in the holidays so that is something to take into consideration. Females preferred.
