2 Single rooms in Witney, in all female household.

Room 1: A newly decorated large single room with plenty of storage space and a desk. There is a TV (you would need your own firestick)
This room is suitable for either Monday to Friday or full week lets. I'm happy for both shorter or longer term lets.

Room 2: A newly decorated smaller L shaped room with plenty of storage and a TV (your own firestick would be needed)
This room is ONLY suitable for short term lets, a maximum of 2 weeks. The rent on this room will be adjusted according to your requirements and will be discussed on application.

The house is conveniently situated close to Witney town centre, which is within a 10/15 minute walk. There are two local convenience stores, a fish and chip shop, launderette and petrol station within 5 minutes of the house and the bus stop to Oxford is within a 10 minute walk. There is a shared bathroom, kitchen and a large garden to the rear of the property with a washing line (In the winter months I do use the launderette for their tumble dryers which are large and more powerful than a domestic machine.)

Off road parking is available by arrangement but equally there is plenty of nearby street parking.

Witney itself is a busy small town, well connected to Oxford and thus onwards to London etc. Situated on the edge of the Cotswolds it benefits from striking a balance between being quite rural and yet having all the conveniences you need without having to travel further.

I am a friendly, laid back live in landlady, I enjoy music, crafts, doing dog agility, running and going to the gym. I am looking for professional, friendly, dog savvy non smoking lodgers. This is a female only household so female lodgers are preferred.

The house is not really suited to anyone who wishes to work from home or who does night shifts as I am around during the day and whilst I'm not overly noisy I like to get on and do things in the day time and don't want to be worrying about disturbing someone. I don't have many house rules other than around keeping the dogs safe and just lending a hand keeping the communal areas clean and tidy.

I have 3 very friendly dogs, but they are border collies and the younger one is quite excitable, so I am looking for people who are happy with that and have experience of living with lively dogs and all that entails. Please let me know what experience you have of living with dogs when you enquire. If you are scared or nervous around dogs this isn't the place for you, sorry!

I also have two daughters who come back from university from time to time so occasionally there will be more than just myself in the house.

The house does need some updating and work doing, particularly in the kitchen, but this is in the process of being organised and in the meantime it is perfectly functional. This is reflected in the rent.

Due to previous timewasters I will be asking for a small non refundable deposit to hold the room for you, but when you move in this will be deducted from the first months rent. I also ask for a security deposit and a month's rent in advance. For Room 2 this will depend on your requirements and length of stay.
