Two single rooms available in Witney.

Room 1: A newly decorated larger single room with plenty of storage space and a desk. There is a TV but you would need your own firestick. Shared access to the bathroom and kitchen, there is also a second downstairs toilet. This room is suitable for either Monday to Friday or longer term full time lets. Available immediately.

Room 2: A newly decorated smaller L shaped room with plenty of storage and a TV (your own firestick would be needed) This room is ONLY suitable for short term lets maximum of 2 weeks or an ongoing weekday let such as Mon-Friday or any other number of days mid week. The rent on this room will be adjusted according to your requirements. There is a shared bathroom and kitchen and also a second downstairs toilet. Also available immediately.

The house is conveniently situated close to Witney town centre, which is within a 10/15 minute walk. There are two local convenience stores, a fish and chip shop, launderette and petrol station within 5 minutes of the house and the bus stop to Oxford is within a 10 minute walk. There is a large garden to the rear of the property with a washing line, for winter months I do use the launderette for their tumble dryers which are large and more powerful than a domestic machine.

Off road parking is available by arrangement but equally there is plenty of nearby street parking.

I am a friendly, laid back live in landlady, I enjoy music, crafts, doing dog agility, running and going to the gym.

I am looking for FEMALE preferably, non smoking lodgers, who are in full time work (room 1) or who need a short term let/mid week stay for work or short visits to the area (room 2) The house is not really suited to anyone who wishes to work from home as I am around during the day and whilst I'm not overly noisy it isn't really suitable for a home office as I like to get on and do things in the day time and don't want to be worrying about disturbing someone. I don't have many house rules other than around keeping the dogs safe and just lending a hand keeping the communal areas clean and tidy.

I have 3 very friendly dogs, but they are border collies and the younger one is quite excitable, so I am looking for people who are happy with that and have experience of living with lively dogs and all that entails. Please let me know what experience you have of living with dogs when you enquire. If you are scared or nervous around dogs this isn't the place for you, sorry!

I also have two daughters who come back from university from time to time so occasionally there will be more than just myself in the house.

The house does need some updating and work doing, particularly in the kitchen, but this is in the process of being organised and in the meantime it is perfectly functional. This is reflected in the rent.

Due to previous timewasters I will be asking for a small non refundable deposit to hold the room for you, but when you move in this will be deducted from the first months rent. I also ask for a security deposit and a month's rent in advance. For Room 2 this will depend on your requirements and length of stay.
