I have one furnished double bedroom available in a tidy, friendly 3-bedroom terraced house located in the town centre, just a 3-minute walk to the bus stop for Oxford. The street is surprisingly quiet for such a central spot.

There is already one other female lodger living here, so you’d be sharing the house with her and myself (live-in landlady).

• Carpeted with a blackout blind for comfort and privacy

• Dining Room: Small dining table, desk for occasional use, and treadmill
• Living Room: Smart TV and comfy seating
• Bathroom: Upstairs with bath and electric shower (toilet separate but also upstairs)
• Garden: Large enclosed garden with side access, brick shed for bike storage, and 6ft fencing for privacy
• Parking: One driveway space; plenty of free on-street parking available

• No pets (I already have friendly cats who stay out of the lodgers’ rooms)
• Looking for someone clean, tidy, and respectful
• Not suitable for someone who works from home — the house runs best with people who are out during normal work hours
• Please expect standard references/vetting
